To preserve any claim it may have, customer shall inspect all goods delivered hereunder for damage, defect or shortage immediately upon receipt and shall notify Executive Beauty Dist. in writing via e-mail at ( executivebeauty@hotmail.com) within three business days of delivery of any damage, defect or shortage. We cannot accept returns of used products. In the event a return is approved for any reason all shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.
