Shipment and Delivery : In Canada and the United States of America all orders of the home microdermabrasion system will be shipped free of charge. On orders of any skin care products and other products, there will be a shipping charge added . Von Natur skin care line purchased through this sight is only available to Canadian customers.  All shipments free of charge will be shipped by Canada Post Ground delivery and customer will allow 7 to 10 business days for shipment to arrive. If the customer chooses to have quicker delivery service then a shipping charge will be added depending on the shipping service chosen.

Customer will bear any reshipping charge of any order refused or otherwise not delivered due to unavailability of customer. Executive Beauty reserves the right to make partial shipments and put in backorders.

Executive Beauty will cover all taxes on the purchase of the home microdermabrasion system only. On purchases of any skin care line products or any other products offered on the website taxes will be added and payed by the customer.

Warranties: Executive Beauty Dist. makes no warranty, express or implied , except that the products sold by description or sample shall substantially conform to that description or sample. Please note that Executive Beauty Dist. does not allow for any physical or chemical change a client might make Executive Beauty's products.

Returns, Limitation of Liability, Remedy and Damages: Executive Beauty will replace damaged or defective goods with the same product. To preserve any claim it may have, customer shall inspect all goods delivered hereunder for damage, defect or shortage immediately upon receipt and shall notify Executive Beauty Dist. in writing via e-mail at ( executivebeauty@hotmail.com) within three business days of delivery of any damage, defect or shortage. We cannot accept returns of used products. In the event a return is approved for any reason all shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.

On International Orders there will be a shipping charge added to all orders.
